Jonathan Cogley
CEO
Jonathan is a serial entrepreneur with several successful ventures including the cybersecurity company, Thycotic which was acquired by TPG for $1.4B in 2021. His background is in computer science and programming.
Jonathan has spoken at over 100 enterprise technology events, appeared on The Wall Street Journal Radio, Fox TV and has been featured in notable publications such as The Washington Post, CNET, Yahoo! Finance and PC Magazine. Jonathan currently mentors startups on how to build their business and achieve success using lessons learned building his company. He also provides angel investment and sits on various advisory boards.

Chris Staszak
President & CTO
Chris Staszak is a seasoned technology entrepreneur. He has been responsible for the architecture, development and deployment of numerous commercial, government and consumer facing software solutions – in organizations ranging from startup to acquisition to Fortune 500.
His most recent venture was focused on solutions to large scale data analytics and “connecting-the-dots” in the national security and law enforcement communities. In recent years, Chris has specialized in reducing the burden of technology complexity to accelerate product development in resource constrained, early phase ventures. He received the 2012 San Diego Magazine Top Tech Exec award.

Michael Millstein
VP of Sales
Michael is a strong sales leader with over 10 years experience in IT Security and SaaS sales. He has experience in creating go-to-market sales strategies along with building and scaling sales teams. Michael has sold into SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise markets as a direct seller and as a manager.
One of the original sales people who worked with the founder of Thycotic, he grew company revenue 15x in 5-years and took the sales team from 2 people to 20 people prior to the sale of the organization to Private Equity. Michael takes pride in understanding the technology he represents and being able to effectively communicate the value of his technology along with nurturing and helping sales people grow as sellers and individuals.

Kaitlin Moran
VP of Customer Success
Kaitlin is an experienced Customer Success leader with over 10 years in the IT Security and Cloud SaaS space. Since 2011, she has been creating loyal customers through a partnership approach and proactive outreach. During her time with Thycotic Software, Kaitlin built and oversaw the customer success department that managed 10,000 clients, ensuring they were not only happy with the product but also achieving their company’s objectives.
At CloudBolt Software, she built out the Customer Success Department with 23 team members specializing in Customer Support, Professional Services, Customer Engineering and Customer Management. Kaitlin takes pride in ensuring the success of the customer, high retention and successful KPI metrics.

Josh Frankel
VP of Marketing
Josh Frankel is a marketing specialist with a demonstrated track record of success in digital and traditional marketing. For the last fifteen years, Josh has been helping companies of all sizes build their brands and develop effective digital strategies regardless of their budget.
At Thycotic, Josh established the foundations of the marketing team and created end-to-end marketing campaigns that focused on growth and profitability. His philosophy of “Design thinking, data decisions” was the cornerstone of the company’s industry-leading website.

Ryan Bennett
Sales Director
Ryan is a sales expert with deep experience in driving revenue as well as sales and marketing alignment. He has been directly responsible for growing revenue, as well as creating and deploying sales processes, configuring CRMs, and developing holistic growth strategies for business of all sizes, mostly in B2B tech.
Ryan has worked in multiple start ups on the ground floor. He has lead teams, hired talent, built operational processes and focused on business growth in all of his previous roles. Ryan focuses on a consultative selling approach to support scaling businesses by attracting the “right” customers.
